The team behind CandidateGo has 25 years experience working with schools, initially as a resource provider then moving into web based services. They have been providing training directly to schools for over a decade, working closely with them to understand their needs and requirements.

Building these close relationships with schools over the years has enabled the team to learn about what schools require to train their staff and much of the content in the CandidateGo library has been created to address what schools have asked for. This covers annual statutory refresher training in complex areas such as Safeguarding and KCSiE.

Education Recruiters began using the TrainingSchoolz system to train their school candidates prior to beginning a placement, enabling them to start immediately without the school needing to put them through mandatory training. The team decided it was time for Edu Recruiters to have their own bespoke product that does exactly what they require and so CandidateGo was born.
