Time flies, and it certainly has since the award-winning TrainingToolz team launched CandidateGo back in December 2022.

Our team of education and tech specialists had been working in Education Technology since the early 2000s, and when we noticed a demand for our school product by Edu Recruitment agencies, a teacher training platform called TrainingSchoolz, it was time to investigate.

At the time there were no other training platforms designed just for Edu Recruitment companies. Edu recruiters were subscribing to large and expensive platforms that offered far in excess of the number of training courses they needed for their supply teacher pool. So in that tried and tested way of launching products, we put together CandidateGo and launched it with 20 key training courses, making sure the technology delivered the courses in a way that made it simple and quick for agencies to administer.

Fast forward two years, and we’ve got a host of amazing customers, ranging from some of the largest recruiters with nationwide offices to one-person bands. There are 25 items in the library, with a brand new Autism course on the way. We’ve started running a series of webinars for our customers’ candidates, and we are currently putting together a bank of resources candidates can access to help them with their day-to-day work in the classroom.

We have also developed the tech, constantly tweaking it based on our customers' suggestions. We’ve added email notifications of course completions and the ability to send courses out in batches in a module.

We are proud we are an independent supplier. Other products are now popping up in the market, owned by large corporations who own recruiter chains, but we think our simple-to-use platform, excellent customer service, and independent status make us a super choice.
